cup spinach

tsp salt

cup olive oil cooking spray

avocado

brown egg

cup tomato

tsp black peppercorn
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs along with salt and pepper. One eggs have been beaten, add in cheese, tomato, spinach,and avocado and mix evenly. Use non-stick cooking spray to coat a donut pan. Pour mixture into donut pan and ensure the add-in ingredients are distributed evenly.
