What you need

apple

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 350 F. In a small bowl, mix together everything but the apples and set aside. 2 Slice your apples into bite-sized pieces (I leave the skin on, but you may remove if you desire) and place into a lightly greased (I used non-stick cooking spray) oven-safe casserole dish. 3 Pour the liquid ingredients over the apples. Using a large spoon, mix until all the apples are evenly covered. 4 Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or chilled- both ways taste great! View original recipe
